Shipping policy

 

All custom orders take up to 4 weeks, they are hand painted specifically for each customer. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Items that are in stock ready to ship will ship within 3 days instead of the normal processing time of 10-14 business days.These items are also avail for express shipping. They are in office & will ship faster than items that are not in office.Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following business day.

B:U is closed for major U.S holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped within the next two business day. Packages are only shipped Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, excluding holidays. B:U does not guarantee specific delivery times.

Orders are processed 7 days a week and most orders will ship within 10-14 business days after your payment is authorized and verified. This doesn't include holidays or weekends. All orders are shipped via usps, with a tracking number which will be sent via email upon shipment. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service. Some orders with multiple items may have separate shipments.

Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.  

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Items purchased on PRE-ORDER are subject to delivery between 14 business days.

Please Note - Having a Pre-Order item amongst other items in your order will delay the delivery of your entire order.

Please email us at info@bustyleguide.com if you would like to arrange a split of the order: (Item must be valued at $350+ to split and ship separately).

Split request for orders under $350 will be $15.
Please note - dates are approximate and subject to change due to our carrier & being that you are ordering a pre order item.

How Can I track My Package? 

All orders are shipped via usps, with a tracking number which will be sent via email upon shipment.
